The Chef

Thirty years of cooking, mostly Idaho — with a little island flare.

I've spent more than 30 years in this industry — mostly behind the stove, but I've also served tables and worked behind the bar. That full-service background is why an evening with me runs smoothly from the first pour to the last plate cleared.

I'm a native Idahoan and have lived in Valley County most of my life. Most of my cooking is rooted right here in the mountains, with some island flare worked in from time spent cooking that way — bright citrus, a little heat, fresh fish done simply.

These days I specialize in private, in-home cooking: your kitchen, your guests, a menu built around what you actually want to eat — including any dietary restrictions or allergies in the group.

Private Dinner

A custom dinner cooked in your home for parties of 8 to 20 — flexible on size. Menus are built to your tastes and any dietary restrictions in the group. Price reflects service charge only; groceries are additional.
